Who will help me through the booking process?

A dedicated senior Administrator is available by phone and email to support you thought the entire booking process including dates, catering, accommodation, programs and billing. No juniors or interns; speak to one professional person from start to finish.

What if I need help with programming?

Our experienced Programmer will assist you to design a camp that suits your budget, year level and to achieve the goals you have for your students and school. This service is complimentary.

Does Total Adventures have insurance?

Yes. Total Adventures has $10,000,000 public liability insurance coverage, a Certificate of Currency is available upon request.

Are Total Adventures facilitators qualified?

All Total Adventures facilitators are fully qualified in the activities they facilitate. All facilitators hold Blue Cards and First Aid certificates.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

All dietary requirements are catered for by Total Adventures team of qualified Chefs. Upon request, Total Adventures Head Chef is happy to discuss dietary requirements with teachers or parents. Total Adventures uses Qualified Chefs not Camp Cooks to ensure quality and vital safety.

Does Total Adventures provide Risk Assessments for all activities?

Yes.

Is there anyone onsite after hours?

Staff stay overnight on Expedition Camps and are available 24/7.

Residential Camps have permanent on-site managers. There are 3 homes on site at Noosa North Shore, with permanent managers in residence. Total Adventures staff are also frequently based at the venue for the duration of the camp and on call 24 hours. All residents hold Blue Cards.

What are the students requirements while on camp?
  • Students are required to keep their accommodation neat and tidy and report any damages to the Total Adventures Coordinator.
  • Students are required to assist the Chefs in the serving of meals and keep the dining area clean.
  • Students are required to wash dishes on camp.
  • Students are required to comply with all camp rules.
What are the Teachers responsible for?

Teachers will be responsible for notifying the Coordinator of any incidents or damage whilst on camp, also assisting the coordinator and facilitators with group management at meal times and on activities. Teacher are also to work with the Total Adventures facilitators to support and enforce all camp rules. If a teacher has any issue with the safety of the students; to stop the activity and report the concerns to the coordinator.

What are the Total Adventures facilitators responsible for?

Total Adventures Coordinators and facilitators are responsible for conducting the adventure activities in a safe environment, group management, informing the teachers of expectations and working with the teachers on all issues that may arise.

Does Total Adventures provide packing lists for students?

Yes.

What happens if there is wet weather?

Total Adventures has a number of activities that can still be conducted in the event of wet weather; if required the Coordinator will inform the Head Teacher of the changes either on camp or prior to arrival.
