Enviably based in Noosa on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, we are perfectly positioned for our staff and clients to enjoy the areas spectacular natural beauty including pristine beaches, tranquil waterways and national parks. In winter, days are mild and sunny with low humidity and average temperatures to a pleasant 22 Degrees C. Sea temperatures in winter are around 19 degrees C so outdoor and water activities are realistic and enjoyable all year round. The Sunshine Coast is a sub tropical paradise in summer!
Total Adventures are the leader in Outdoor Education programming, hosting and adventure training since 1994. We offer Residential Camps, Wilderness, Eco, Surf and Survival Camps, so both expedition and centre based work is on offer.
We seek qualified Outdoor Education instructors who are responsible, dedicated and reliable team players who are willing to follow instruction and perform various duties as required as well as instructing. These duties may include equipment maintenance.
Full-time management positions are available for individuals who can demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities, knowledge of expedition planning and logistics, sound financial and administration skills or vast relevant industry experience. Military training is highly regarded.

Selection Criteria:
Appropriate Outdoor Education experience and/or Cert III/IV in Outdoor Recreation (or equivalent).
Activity Specific Qualifications (e.g. Flat-water Canoe Guide/Instructor, PACI Vertical Rescue).
Must hold a current Blue Card.
Senior first aid, wilderness or remote first aid.
Australian resident or applicable work Visa.
Drivers License.
